About Southcrest
The houses run about 2,350 to 3,465 square feet, among the largest in the area, on lots of roughly 7,400 to 18,600 square feet. The streets are public, so the enclave is not gated, but a small association, Southcrest HOA, maintains the storm-water and landscaped parkway lots along Tierra Rejada Road that the tract map set aside for it.
