About Casablanca
Most houses are about 2,230 to 2,980 square feet. About half the lots are compact, roughly 4,100 to 5,100 square feet, while the lots around the Clancy Court loop are much larger, roughly 9,900 to 18,700 square feet. The streets are private, and a homeowners association owns the common landscape parcels created by the tract map. The Casablanca name comes from home sales; the tract map itself carries no project name.
