The three main floor plans are about 2,670, 3,140 and 3,360 square feet, on lots of roughly 7,000 to 12,600 square feet. City records show no separate sub-association, so owners belong only to the DV Ranch East master association. The street called Via Monterey is here and is unrelated to the Monte Rey neighborhood on the west side.

Dos Vientos, Newbury Park
Dos Vientos is the master-planned community at the western end of Newbury Park, in the hills reached by Borchard Road. The Thousand Oaks City Council approved it in 1988 for 2,350 homes. Most were built between 1998 and 2005 by Greystone, Standard Pacific and other builders, on land held by Courtly Homes and the Operating Engineers Pension Trust. County records count about 2,210 homes.
