About Varsity Park Villas
Most homes are two-story, about 1,170 to 1,560 square feet. They share walls, but each sits on its own small lot, so the county counts them as attached single-family homes rather than condominiums. In home sales the area usually goes by Varsity Park (N. of Campus Pk), and Varsity Park Villas is a less common name. Dues run in the $600s and $700s a month. The detached homes on the same maps are covered under Varsity Park Patio Homes.

School attendance areas
Moorpark Unified School District
From MUSD's list of schools:
- Elementary and middle: MUSD publishes attendance areas only through its online locator
- High: Moorpark High School (The district's only comprehensive high school; MUSD publishes no high school boundary, and The High School at Moorpark College admits by application)
These come from the district's own data, not from this site. Assignment goes by address, and districts change boundaries and run choice and transfer programs. Confirm with MUSD School Locator, or check an address here.
