About Varsity Park Highlands
Homes run about 1,270 to 1,680 square feet on lots of roughly 4,800 to 8,300 square feet. Tract 3070-4 was the first map in the area approved by the new City of Moorpark. The Highlands name is a real-estate label that is not used consistently, and some home sales call the same streets Varsity Park Patio or just Varsity Park.

School attendance areas
Moorpark Unified School District
From MUSD's list of schools:
- Elementary and middle: MUSD publishes attendance areas only through its online locator
- High: Moorpark High School (The district's only comprehensive high school; MUSD publishes no high school boundary, and The High School at Moorpark College admits by application)
These come from the district's own data, not from this site. Assignment goes by address, and districts change boundaries and run choice and transfer programs. Confirm with MUSD School Locator, or check an address here.
