About

About Oak Ranch Court

Fifteen houses on upper Saddletree Drive date to 1989 and 1990. The other 18, around Oak Ranch Court, date to 1995. The county lists the same few floor sizes again and again, between about 3,300 and 5,100 square feet, which suggests builder plans rather than custom homes. This is the only Trails tract approved by the City of Westlake Village rather than the county.
