It covers the odd-numbered side plus one house on Walking Horse Lane. Prudential recorded Tract 33355, the even-numbered side, in April 1978.

Westlake Trails is a hillside neighborhood of about 195 mostly custom homes southeast of Westlake Lake, off Lindero Canyon Road in the City of Westlake Village. The American-Hawaiian Steamship Company, the community's original developer, recorded the main tract in 1967, and most houses went up during the 1970s. Southridge Trails, on the ridge above, adds 79 more homes.
