Tract 4583, Units 2–4
Units 2 through 4 of Tract 4583 make up the west end of the Long Canyon Garden Society village, along Boulder Creek Road and Canyon Crest Drive. New Urban West's Ardendale Partners recorded the three maps on Nov. 12, 1997, and most of the 125 homes were finished in 1998. In the Wood Ranch Specific Plan the area lines up with Planning Units 61 and 55, allotted 101 and 24 homes, which together match the 125 built.

About Tract 4583, Units 2–4
The houses are two-story, mostly between about 2,470 and 3,400 square feet. They follow five recurring plan sizes that also appear in Units 10 to 12 on the village's east side. Typical lots are around 7,800 square feet. Side streets include Willow Glen Circle, Knoll View Court, High Knoll Court and Knollwood Circle. Thirteen houses on Willow Glen Circle and Knoll View Court were finished later, in 2001.

Long Canyon is the fourth village of the Wood Ranch Specific Plan, a gated hillside neighborhood at the south end of Wood Ranch in Simi Valley. Its 683 homes went up from 1998 to 2004 along Long Canyon Road east of Wood Ranch Parkway: 653 on land New Urban West recorded as Tract 4583, and 30 in Beazer Homes' Laurelwood Heights (Tract 5100) on Shadow Lane.
