Units 10 through 12 of Tract 4583 form the east side of the Long Canyon Garden Society village. Its 98 homes are on Woodland Road, Forrester Circle, Brooks Court and the Glendon, Crest, Ranch Creek and Laurel Wood courts. New Urban West's Bainbury Partners recorded the maps in 1998 and 1999, and the houses were finished in 1999 and 2000. They match the Wood Ranch Specific Plan's Planning Unit 59, a 25.6-acre medium-density site allotted 98 homes.

The two-story houses repeat the plans of Units 2 to 4 at the west end, at roughly 2,470 to 3,390 square feet. Typical lots are about 8,000 square feet, and seven are larger than half an acre. Homes here have been sold under the names Laurel Wood and Long Canyon Estates. All of the homes belong to the Garden Society, like the rest of the core village.

Long Canyon is the fourth village of the Wood Ranch Specific Plan, a gated hillside neighborhood at the south end of Wood Ranch in Simi Valley. Its 683 homes went up from 1998 to 2004 along Long Canyon Road east of Wood Ranch Parkway: 653 on land New Urban West recorded as Tract 4583, and 30 in Beazer Homes' Laurelwood Heights (Tract 5100) on Shadow Lane.
