Richwood is a late-1970s pocket of 45 one-story homes on Hope Street, Flowerdale Street, Gateway Drive and Faith Court, on the west side of Kuehner Drive. Sandalwood Greens, Ltd. recorded the map, Tract 2740, in October 1978, and county records date the houses to 1979.
Partly documented: residents and listings use this name, but official records are thin. Corrections are especially welcome.

Corriganville is the far east end of Simi Valley, where Los Angeles Avenue meets Kuehner Drive below the Santa Susana Pass. It grew in pieces: 17 recorded tracts mapped between 1959 and 2004 by developers ranging from Bowles Investment Company to Kaufman & Broad and Shea Homes, plus three mobile-home parks, for about 2,000 homes built mostly from 1962 to 2006.
