Pride

Pride is the name used in home sales for Corriganville's oldest tract houses: about 216 one-story homes on Dana and Caroline avenues and Hope, Marsha, Melia and Cynthia streets off Katherine Road. Bowles Investment Company recorded Tract 1134 in December 1959 and Tract 1294 in June 1961, on unincorporated county land, and county records date nearly all the houses to 1962.

Partly documented: residents and listings use this name, but official records are thin. Corrections are especially welcome.
