About Newcrest Oaks
Nearly all are two-story, about 1,600 to 2,750 square feet, on lots of roughly 4,300 to 8,000 square feet. The map gave the city equestrian-trail easements, deeded drainage parcels to the county flood control district and abandoned an old stretch of Katherine Road inside the tract. A homeowners association formed in 1998, and Knolls Elementary is close by.
