About

About Tract 2016

The 201 lots were numbered in one sequence across all six units, on streets the county accepted for public use. Later maps by the same company redrew parts of the units into smaller lots (Tracts 2104 and 2412). In 1975 Tract 2475 turned about three dozen hillside lots north of Presilla Road back into acreage, dropping the planned Posada and Nido circles. Tract 2305 then split that land into seven large parcels.
