Mission Ridge
Mission Ridge is the subdivision name used in home sales for a 67-home tract in northwest Peach Hill, built around Knotty Pine Street and four tree-named courts: Sugar Maple, Cedar Branch, Pine Ridge and Aspen Tree. California Community Builders recorded it as Tract 3403 in August 1983, about eight weeks after Moorpark incorporated, and the houses were built in 1984.
Partly documented: residents and listings use this name, but official records are thin. Corrections are especially welcome.
