About Inglewood Street
The homes are a mix of one- and two-story plans of about 2,040 to 2,600 square feet, on lots of roughly 5,900 to 13,400 square feet. The city treats the tract as its own landscape zone, which charges each lot $42 a year for the planting at the street's west end. The Granadilla Drive homes of Tract 2406 are just to the south.
