About Westlake Villas
Units are a near-even mix of two- and three-bedroom plans of about 1,170 to 1,195 square feet on a shared lot of about an acre. The map approved as many as 54 condo units across two lots, but Lot 2 next door, at 5307 Colodny Drive, holds a 24-unit apartment building from 1987 that sits outside the association's mapped boundary. The city's HOA map names the association but lists no manager.

Old Agoura, Agoura Hills
Old Agoura is the semi-rural, horse-keeping corner of Agoura Hills, climbing north from US 101 along Chesebro Road, Driver Avenue, Lewis Road, Colodny Drive and Fairview Place. Much of it sits on Tract 8451, a 1924 subdivision recorded by owners George E. and Minnie A. Lewis. Today it holds about 450 single-family homes and roughly 300 condos and apartments, most built in the 1970s and '80s.
