Toth Place
Tract 32030 is the small group of custom homes on Toth Place, near Foothill Drive. S. C. Properties Inc. and Joseph Toth Enterprises recorded the map in October 1978, combining two Tract 8451 lots with a piece of the old Miguel Leonis estate, and the Toth Place houses went up between 1981 and 1989.

Old Agoura, Agoura Hills
Old Agoura is the semi-rural, horse-keeping corner of Agoura Hills, climbing north from US 101 along Chesebro Road, Driver Avenue, Lewis Road, Colodny Drive and Fairview Place. Much of it sits on Tract 8451, a 1924 subdivision recorded by owners George E. and Minnie A. Lewis. Today it holds about 450 single-family homes and roughly 300 condos and apartments, most built in the 1970s and '80s.
