About Tract 1974
The number belongs to the tract and has nothing to do with the year it was built. The houses are modest single-story plans of roughly 1,150 to 1,600 square feet on lots of about 5,600 to 10,400 square feet. Lots along the northeast edge back onto Lynn Road, and the city's HOA map shows no association here.
