About

About Fountainwood

A note on the map held back building permits until the city awarded development allotments under the residential growth-control system adopted by initiative in April 1980. Homes are mostly about 2,000 to 2,600 square feet. The Fountainwood HOA is managed by Gold Coast Association Management, and a local agent puts dues near $80 a month and notes that some streets hear the 23.
