About East Hill
Like West Hill next door, the land came from the 1976 master map for the Sunset Hills Country Club. Homes are mostly about 2,250 to 3,000 square feet, and some look out over the course or the hills. Development rights on two lots went to the city, and a 1997 map turned another lot into Sunset Vistas. The East Hill HOA is managed by CT-Seebreeze Management; a local agent puts dues near $180 a month.
