Lynn 9-2 and 9-2A cover the north-central part of Lynn Ranch on upper Calle Yucca, Camino Magenta, Calle Compo, Calle Angosta, Calle Plantador and Camino Roberto. Janss Corporation recorded Tract 1486-2 in October 1963. In January 1965 it recorded Tract 1649, which re-divided part of 1486-2. Together they hold about 84 homes.

Lynn Ranch, Thousand Oaks
Lynn Ranch is an unincorporated pocket of Ventura County surrounded by Thousand Oaks, west of Lynn Road and north of Hillcrest Drive. Its lots were mapped between 1957 and 1965 by The Moreland Company, Conejo Oaks Co., Janss Corporation and Harran Corporation, and one more small tract followed in 1990. Today it has roughly 650 to 675 homes.
