Lynn 10
Lynn 10 is Tract 1568, recorded in August 1965 by Harran Corporation. It was the last of the 1960s maps in Lynn Ranch. It fills the northwest arm of the neighborhood on Calle Salto, upper Calle Yucca, Camino Cristobal, Calle Borrego and Calle Petaluma, with about 95 homes on lots of roughly half an acre.

Lynn Ranch, Thousand Oaks
Lynn Ranch is an unincorporated pocket of Ventura County surrounded by Thousand Oaks, west of Lynn Road and north of Hillcrest Drive. Its lots were mapped between 1957 and 1965 by The Moreland Company, Conejo Oaks Co., Janss Corporation and Harran Corporation, and one more small tract followed in 1990. Today it has roughly 650 to 675 homes.
