Sorrell is the townhome collection at the north end of Sycamore Grove. Its 58 two-story attached homes are condominium units on lots 55 and 56 of Tract 6024, along Honolulu Lane and the north part of Little Rock Lane. Lennar offered three plans of about 1,362 to 1,819 square feet, with two to four bedrooms and two-car garages, priced from the upper $600,000s in late 2021. County data shows a few units of about 1,850 square feet.

Sycamore Grove is a Lennar community of 164 homes on the north side of Cochran Street in Simi Valley, just west of Galena Avenue and south of the 118 freeway. It went up in 2022 and 2023 on the site of a former Farmers Insurance office complex. The homes are a mix of townhomes, three-story detached homes and two-story single-family houses, all on private lanes.
