Acacia is the Sycamore Grove collection of 52 three-story detached homes, on lots 57 through 108 of Tract 6024. They line Tallahassee Lane and the south end of Little Rock Lane, and four have Cochran Street addresses. Lennar marketed them as detached condominiums, though on the recorded map each home has its own small lot.

The three plans run about 1,652 to 1,823 square feet, each with three or four bedrooms and three and a half baths, and Residence 3 was offered as a live/work layout with a ground-floor office and bathroom. Prices started in the upper $700,000s in late 2021. County records show the eight largest homes, about 1,823 square feet, along Cochran Street and the west end of Tallahassee Lane. A 2023-built home there was offered for sale in 2026 with association dues of $135 a month.

Sycamore Grove is a Lennar community of 164 homes on the north side of Cochran Street in Simi Valley, just west of Galena Avenue and south of the 118 freeway. It went up in 2022 and 2023 on the site of a former Farmers Insurance office complex. The homes are a mix of townhomes, three-story detached homes and two-story single-family houses, all on private lanes.
