Most are production plans of about 2,300 to 3,000 square feet, typically on lots of a quarter to half an acre. A few larger custom homes on Hailey Court and Coppertree Court followed between 1999 and 2006. The map set aside land for flood control and an archaeological easement. It also notes an equestrian easement held by the neighboring Bridle Path Homeowners Association.
