About Tract 3045-1
Most homes are the larger plans of roughly 2,800 to 4,000 square feet. Five on Rudolph Drive use the smaller plans of the western section, and a few homes sit on very large hillside parcels. The map gave Ventura County Waterworks District No. 8 a parcel for a water tank.
