Vista Lago Estates is a 12-home subdivision on Vista Lago Drive, on the west side of Madera Road across from Sinaloa Golf Course. Its map was recorded in July 1959 for the Robertson family. The street is its own small island of unincorporated county land, separate from the lakeside pocket.

Lots run from about three-quarters of an acre to 1.3 acres. Ramelli & Martin, who also mapped the Lake View Tract and Hacienda Estates, surveyed it in 1958.

Sinaloa Lake, Simi Valley
Sinaloa Lake is a neighborhood of about 165 homes wrapped around a private 12-acre lake in southwestern Simi Valley, between Sinaloa Golf Course and Sinaloa Road. The land was part of the Robertson family's Sinaloa Ranch. The family subdivided it, and the first homes went up in the mid-1950s on lots sold to individual buyers.
