Lake View Tract
Lake View Tract is the 1956 subdivision on the northeast side of Sinaloa Lake. It has about 46 homes on Cadiz Drive, Carmel Drive and Capri Drive, on lots of just under half an acre. Its map was recorded in August 1956 in unincorporated Ventura County, and the tract is still outside city limits.

About Lake View Tract
The Robertson and Wilson families were the owners of record, and engineers Ramelli & Martin surveyed the lots on instructions from the Ventura County Land Company. The county accepted the three streets as public roads. The lots on the east edge back onto Sinaloa Road but have no access to it.

Sinaloa Lake, Simi Valley
Sinaloa Lake is a neighborhood of about 165 homes wrapped around a private 12-acre lake in southwestern Simi Valley, between Sinaloa Golf Course and Sinaloa Road. The land was part of the Robertson family's Sinaloa Ranch. The family subdivided it, and the first homes went up in the mid-1950s on lots sold to individual buyers.
