Hacienda Estates
Hacienda Estates, recorded in December 1957, is the largest Sinaloa Lake subdivision. It has about 71 homes on Hacienda Drive, along the north side of the lake, and on the upper blocks of Carmel, Cadiz and Capri drives toward Madera Elementary. Lots run from about a third to two-thirds of an acre.

About Hacienda Estates
Ramelli & Martin surveyed it in 1957 for the Robertson family, who were owners of record along with the Wilsons. County map indexes call it "Hacienda Tract," but the recorded map is titled Hacienda Estates. All of its homes are in the unincorporated county pocket.

Sinaloa Lake, Simi Valley
Sinaloa Lake is a neighborhood of about 165 homes wrapped around a private 12-acre lake in southwestern Simi Valley, between Sinaloa Golf Course and Sinaloa Road. The land was part of the Robertson family's Sinaloa Ranch. The family subdivided it, and the first homes went up in the mid-1950s on lots sold to individual buyers.
