Patricia is the neighborhood along Patricia Avenue, just south of East Los Angeles Avenue between First Street and Erringer Road in central Simi Valley. It began as the Ingram Tract, which developer Richard F. Ingram put on the market in 1947; his subdivision map was recorded in 1948.
