About

About Tract 1933

The map also created the neighborhood's two shared sites, and Valiant Investment Co., the Mountain Valley Homeowners Association and the Simi Valley Unified School District all signed it as owners. The association's 2.31-acre lot on the east side of Justin Avenue, between Pinecrest and Larch streets, holds the club's pools, courts and park. Across the street is the district's 9.34-acre site, once Justin Elementary and now Justin Early Learners Academy.
