Nearly every lot is about 7,100 to 7,300 square feet, and assessor records put most homes at about 1,450 to 2,100 square feet. The county Board of Supervisors approved the map while this was unincorporated land. Tract 1725, recorded in 1968 just to the south, continues Woodrow and Wanda toward the freeway.

Atherwood, Simi Valley
Atherwood is the cluster of tract neighborhoods north of the 118 Freeway between Erringer Road and Sycamore Drive, sharing its name with Atherwood Avenue, Atherwood Park and Atherwood Elementary. Larwin-related companies mapped most of its streets between 1965 and 1977, after a small 1961 tract on Luray Circle, and later infill brought the total to roughly 1,000 homes by 2004.
