About Hidden Meadows Estates 1
The mapped Overland Street and Troy Court became Andalusia Drive and Marvella Court in 1982. Parcel maps filed in 1989, 2002 and 2005 later split several of the original lots. One hilltop home on Marvella Court dates to 1999. The neighborhood is gated, and 2025 sales records showed dues of $250 a month.
