The map divided another portion of Lot 2 of Tract 3803 and repeats the house sizes of the first tract, mostly about 2,630 to 3,410 square feet according to the assessor. A parcel of almost six acres inside the tract has no house. The Rock Ridge Trail has a trailhead on Golden Nugget Way.
