About Tract 4349
The map divided Lot 1 and part of Lot 2 of the earlier Tract 3803. It also created a parcel of nearly six acres that has no house on it. The assessor shows mostly four house sizes, about 2,630 to 3,410 square feet. Lots that back onto Golden Eagle Drive were barred from taking access from it.
