About Tract 2549
Units 1 and 2 line Los Vientos Drive, along with Barcelona Place, Santa Tomas Place, Monterey Court and Colonett Place. Unit 3 adds San Felipe Avenue, San Antonio Street, San Lucas Avenue, San Luis Street and Knollwood Avenue, and its map deeded one lot to the City of Thousand Oaks. Most homes are about 1,350 to 1,950 square feet, on lots that typically run 6,000 to 12,000 square feet. The county puts all of units 1 and 2 and about half of unit 3 in its Very High fire hazard zone, so brush clearance and defensible-space rules are worth knowing here.
