About Tract 2299
The 1974 units are three parallel cul-de-sacs: San Marcos, San Nicolas and San Clemente courts. They share a common lot set aside under the tract's recorded covenants. These are the most compact homes in the association, mostly about 1,320 to 1,410 square feet, on lots of about 4,750 to 5,750 square feet. The 1976 units have larger lots, with a median near 7,100 square feet, and most of their homes are 1,500 to 1,950 square feet. Lots on the south side of Coronado Circle back onto Borchard Road. The county maps the 1974 courts and Coronado Circle as mostly Moderate to High fire hazard, and nearly all of unit 5 as Very High.
