Tract 5187-2 is the western half of gated Meridian Hills. Its 117 homes are on Ridgemark Drive, Mammoth Peak Drive and Place, Copper Creek Place, Wildridge Court, Deer Grass Court, Lone Trail Court, Highgrove Place and part of Shadow Wood Drive. William Lyon Homes recorded it on Oct. 25, 2006, the same day as Tract 5187-1.

About Tract 5187-2

The first Lyon houses went up on Mammoth Peak and Shadow Wood in 2007 (assessor). Wildridge, Deer Grass, Lone Trail, Highgrove and most of Ridgemark were still empty in the county's 2015 aerial survey and were filled in during K. Hovnanian's build-out. Homes run about 2,600 to 4,700 square feet. The streets are private and sit inside the gates, with a keypad gate on Ridgemark Drive. The map gave the city Lot L as a trail staging area and open space.

Meridian Hills is a hillside subdivision of about 265 homes on Moorpark's north side, west of Walnut Canyon Road and reached by Meridian Hills Drive. William Lyon Homes recorded the tract maps in 2006 and built the first houses in 2006 and 2007. K. Hovnanian built homes on most of the remaining lots in the second half of the 2010s.
