About Tract 5187-1

Assessor records date the first Lyon houses on Breezy Glen, Turnstone, Red Bird and Shadow Wood to 2006–07. High Country Place and Canyon Wren Court were still bare in the county's 2015 aerial survey and were filled in later, during K. Hovnanian's build-out. Homes run about 2,600 to 5,000 square feet. Breezy Glen Drive has a keypad gate at its entrance. Most of the map's 349 gross acres is open space.

Meridian Hills is a hillside subdivision of about 265 homes on Moorpark's north side, west of Walnut Canyon Road and reached by Meridian Hills Drive. William Lyon Homes recorded the tract maps in 2006 and built the first houses in 2006 and 2007. K. Hovnanian built homes on most of the remaining lots in the second half of the 2010s.
