About

About Upson Tract Addition No. 1

Most lots are still close to a third of an acre. In 1993 Tract 4411 re-platted part of the addition. It created the gated North Shore at Sherwood streets on the hillside (Ravensbury Street and Cricketfield Court), plus eight larger home sites on Lake Sherwood Drive and Camerton Court; Tract 4591 re-mapped part of Ravensbury Street later that year. Listed homes range from a 1936 house rebuilt around 2008 to homes finished in 2016 and 2025, and dues and dock rights differ from house to house. The county's area plan still names Addition No. 1 lots in its cap on homes in the community.

Landowner F. W. Matthiessen Jr. recorded its first lots in 1923, and the houses have gone up one by one in the decades since.
