About Triunfo Canyon Road
Those big lots were divided again over the decades by deeds and parcel maps, and the houses date from the 1920s to the 2000s. The assessor classes several large parcels near Kanan Road as vineyards and two others as camps. On the south side of the road, the 12 lots of Tract 45646 were recorded in July 1990 and are still listed as vacant. CAL FIRE counted about 10 homes destroyed along this stretch in the 2018 Woolsey Fire, several of them mobile homes.
