About Lobo Canyon
The county's legal descriptions for these homes cite federal survey sections and parcel maps, not a tract map. As a result, lot shapes and house ages vary widely, from a handful of 1920s homes to new construction. The 2018 Woolsey Fire destroyed about 11 homes along the road. The assessor roll now shows houses dated 2020 and 2022 on two of those properties.

Triunfo Canyon, Agoura Hills
Triunfo Canyon is a rural corner of unincorporated Los Angeles County in the hills south of Agoura Hills and east of Westlake Village. About 75 homes sit along Triunfo Canyon Road, which climbs from Kanan Road, and along Lobo Canyon Road in a side canyon. No single developer built the area. Its lots were split from ranch and government land, and the houses date from the 1920s to the 2020s.
