About

About Paramount Ranch Estates

A 1979 resubdivision split three of the original lots, and the parcels still run from about 8 to 21 acres, so the setting feels closer to ranch country than a subdivision. The 2018 Woolsey Fire burned through Paramount Ranch and reached this end of Wagon Road. CAL FIRE's damage inspection recorded two outbuildings destroyed here and no damaged homes.
