Wagon Road Ranchos
Wagon Road Ranchos is the oldest corner of the Kanan–Cornell estate area, with about a dozen homes on acre-plus lots along the east end of Wagon Road, short Old Oak Road and Cornell Road. There is no tract map. The lots trace to a 1953 county record of survey, and the first houses went up in 1964.

About Wagon Road Ranchos
The Wagon Road and Old Oak Road homes sit just inside the gate where Wagon Road leaves Cornell Road, which is also the east entrance to Medea Valley Estates. The two Cornell Road homes are outside that gate. Most houses date from the 1960s and 1970s and run about 2,500 to 3,900 square feet. A Wagon Road Ranchos HOA was registered with the state in 2013 and cancelled in 2018.

Medea Valley Estates, Agoura Hills
Medea Valley Estates is a gated community of about 60 custom homes in unincorporated Los Angeles County, in the hills south of Agoura Village between Kanan and Cornell roads. County parcel maps first split the land into lots of about an acre in 1977 and 1978, and three small tracts followed in 1985 and 1986. Most houses went up in the 1980s, and no single builder is on record.
