About

About Countryside Estates

The homes are somewhat smaller than those behind the Medea Valley gates, mostly 3,500 to 6,500 square feet. Countryside Drive meets Cornell Road directly instead of joining the gated part of Wagon Road. The oldest house, from 1979, sits on a five-acre parcel on Medea Mesa Road. A Countryside Estates homeowners association was registered at a French Court address in the 1980s, and state records now list it as suspended.
