The map re-divided lots of the 1965 Tract 28920 and lists Van Nuys Savings and Loan Association as owner. It names no home builder. Most units have two bedrooms and about 850 to 1,490 square feet. Lordon Management Company manages the association. The wildlife crossing rises just to the west and is due to open to wildlife on December 2, 2026.

Liberty Canyon, Agoura Hills
Liberty Canyon is the east end of Agoura Hills: the streets off Liberty Canyon Road south of the 101 and Agoura Road, on the Calabasas line. Los Angeles County recorded its first tract in December 1964, on land owned by Van Nuys Savings and Loan Association, and 46 houses went up in 1965. Building continued in phases until 2019, and assessor records count about 636 homes.
