About

About Tract 27048

The houses share a small set of plans, mostly about 1,220, 1,550 and 1,670 square feet, that repeat across the small-lot streets Boise Cascade re-divided in 1972, including Cape Horn Drive, Slicers Circle, Hackers Lane and the 5800 and 5900 blocks of Lake Lindero Drive. The street name, like Hackers Lane and Sandtrap Drive, is a nod to the golf course. Lots are about 3,400 to 4,200 square feet.
