About

About Stonecrest Patio Homes

The homes come in three sizes of about 1,600 to 1,800 square feet, with one to three bedrooms listed in county records. Lots are small, mostly 3,300 to 4,700 square feet, and the map set up an owners' association to hold the common areas; today it is managed by Community Property Management. Don't confuse it with Stonecrest Drive, a different street north of Thousand Oaks Boulevard.
