About

About Agoura Hills Country Estates

Private landowners filed the map while the area was still unincorporated county territory. A few floor plans repeat throughout, the mark of a production tract, and most homes have three bedrooms. The tract lies outside the Indian Hills hillside overlay, and its public streets carry sewer easements. About a dozen parcels of roughly an acre back onto the open hillside at the southern edge.
