Tract 29072 is the older and larger of the two Parkwood Estates tracts, covering Lake Pleasant Drive, Golden Leaf Drive and the north end of Twin Lake Ridge. American-Hawaiian Steamship Co., Westlake's original developer, recorded the map in July 1968. It now holds about 47 home sites.

Parkwood Estates, Westlake Village
Parkwood Estates is a hillside neighborhood in the City of Westlake Village, just south of Westlake Lake and the Southshore homes, on Lake Pleasant Drive, Golden Leaf Drive, Twin Lake Ridge and Blue Rock Ridge. Westlake's developers recorded its two tracts in 1968 and 1971, and most of its roughly 84 houses went up between 1969 and 1978. Two townhome tracts next door add 62 homes.
